Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Ludicon! We are not yet looking for volunteers. We will announce when registration opens.

Volunteer Form

Here are the benefits you'll receive as a volunteer:

Volunteer for 4 hours and receive a day pass giving access to the convention's public rooms

Volunteer on all 3 days for 9 hours (ideally 3 hours per day) and receive a weekend pass and an exclusive commemorative gift.

All volunteers will receive an identifier to distinguish them from the others.

Please complete the following questionnaire to help us organize your convention schedule. Once you've submitted the questionnaire, we'll contact you to confirm your registration with details on how to collect your access pass. During this period, there's no need to buy a ticket for Ludicon, as accepted volunteers will be registered internally.
