Prototype-en – Ludicon

Prototype Form

We are proud to offer you space dedicated to prototypes at Ludicon 2025. To register, please fill out the form below with details of your prototype. This information will help us plan the presentation of your game effectively.

We have planned several time blocks, each lasting 4 hours. Each block includes a table with 6 chairs and some benefits as described below for a cost of $25 plus tax. Within each 4-hour block, you can run several sessions, divide the table into two simultaneous sessions, or use the time as you see fit. Once we've received your form, we'll contact you to arrange payment and schedule your prototype.

Please Note:

The 4-hour time block includes the time required for setting up and tearing down your prototype. Please plan accordingly to maximize your exhibition time.

Prototypers will still need to purchase an event ticket (day pass or weekend pass) in order to access the convention room.

What you will get:

Reserved Space: You will present your prototype in a dedicated area of the convention, ensuring visibility and focus.

Event Program Inclusion: Your prototype will appear in the event program, and attendees will be able to sign up for sessions to try out your game.

Online Registration Form: We will provide you with an online registration system, with the option of a waiting list. Participants interested in trying your prototype will be able to register online.
